1. Services
We provide done-for-you review generation, Google Business Profile ("GBP") management, and website design, hosting and care, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. You authorize us to act as a manager on your GBP and to send review-request messages to your customers on your behalf, using customer contact information you provide. You are responsible for having the right to share that information with us.
2. Term, billing and cancellation
Monthly services are billed in advance every 30 days to the card on file through our payment processor, Authorize.net, starting on the date shown at checkout. Charges are processed through the merchant account of our sister company, Attorney Pro Marketing, Inc., and that name will appear on your card statement. There is no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice (email to info@rungmedia.com is sufficient); service and billing end at the close of the notice period. Fees already billed are not refunded. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new price.
3. Website build
The website build fee is due at order and is non-refundable once design work has begun. We deliver an 8-page site built on the design you selected, using content, photos and credentials you supply. On payment in full you own the site files and your domain; we will provide the complete files on request at any time at no charge. Hosting and care is a monthly service starting at launch and may be cancelled under section 2; after cancellation you are responsible for hosting the site elsewhere. We retain the right to reuse our own designs, layouts and code for other clients.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us the access we need (GBP manager access, customer lists, photos, license and insurance details) and to approve or decline customer-facing content when asked. You confirm your business is properly licensed for the work it advertises. You agree not to ask us to post fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or otherwise violate Google's policies; we will decline such requests.
5. No guarantee of results
Search rankings, review counts, calls and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms and your competition. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, number of reviews, or business outcome. Sample reports on our website are illustrative.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, or for suspension of a Google Business Profile or other third-party account.
7. Payment disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at info@rungmedia.com or (310) 486-3464 before disputing it with your card issuer; we resolve billing questions quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of service.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with your checkout confirmation, are the entire agreement between us.
