What we collect
From you: name, business name, email, phone, billing address, trade, city, license number, and anything you type into our forms. From your customers (on your behalf): the names and phone numbers you give us so we can send review requests. Automatically: standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed). We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Payment information
Card numbers are entered into fields provided by Authorize.net and are sent directly to Authorize.net; they never touch our server. Authorize.net stores the card for recurring billing under its own security program. We keep only the order details and a reference to the saved payment method. See Authorize.net's privacy policy for how they handle card data.
How we use it
To deliver and bill the services you bought, to send review-request messages to your customers on your behalf, to respond to your questions, and to send you service updates. We use your customers' information only to send review requests for your business and never sell it or use it for any other purpose. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of messages.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: Authorize.net (payments), our hosting provider, our form and email providers, our texting/CRM platform, and Google (when we manage your Business Profile). We share only what each needs. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep order and billing records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. We delete customer lists you provided when your service ends, on request. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting info@rungmedia.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
