Pricing questions
Why no contract?
Because the work should keep you, not the paperwork. If the report shows nothing moving after 90 days, you should be free to leave.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month of Reviews covers the past-customer campaign; the first month of Google Profile covers the rebuild. The website is a one-time $599.
Which one should I start with?
If you have under 50 reviews, start with Reviews — it's the cheapest, fastest-moving fix and it feeds everything else. Add the Google Profile plan when you want the ranking work and the monthly rank grid. Most people end up on the $497 bundle.
What does the full package include?
Reviews, Google Profile management, and hosting & care for your website, for $597 a month — plus the $599 one-time build. One report, one invoice.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You pay $599, you own the files and the domain. If you leave, we hand over the complete site. The $150/month covers hosting, SSL, backups, security, monitoring and keeping forms and the review link working.
What counts as a change to the website?
New pages, new sections, new photos or rewritten copy. We quote it before we do it. Fixing something that broke is covered by the monthly care.
Can I buy the website on its own?
Yes. Every service stands alone. Most people who buy the site add Reviews once they see the review count on the competition.
What if I need more than 8 pages or something custom?
Book a call. We'll scope it and quote it before anything starts.
What if I already pay someone for SEO or ads?
Keep them if they're working. This plan is only your Google Business Profile and reviews. We'll coordinate so nobody steps on anyone.
How do you take payment?
